Another happy IKEA customer

If you’ve ever bought something – particularly something large – from IKEA, you may enjoy this.

That is a fabulous complaint letter! It justs sums up the frustrations of DIY. I assembled my own (non-IKEA) media shelves and lost the bolt down the pre-drilled hole in the tubular support. Argh!
