What a weekend. In a flurry of two not-quite-long-enough runs through the Javits Center, we visited just about every booth at ICFF 2009. On top of that, we ended up going to six parties – five on Saturday alone. Hence the sea of press materials on my sofa.
Needless to say, recovery – and jumping back into work as if nothing happened – was necessary. All the photos (nearly 1,000 of them!) that Joyce and her huband Kevin took are up on the DesignBoston Flickr account. They’re all sorted, but some labeling is still necessary.
I had a chance to speak with all of the Massachusetts-based designers, and will have write-ups on each of them throughout the next several days. Christopher will give you his take on some of the best and newest products coming out of the show as well.
