Talent has to be a design expert with credibility. Terrific personality, entertaining, slightly snarky, hip, trendy, early to mid 30’s ideal. Diversity great. Types to look at with a good vibe and attitude, Sabrina Soto (Get it Sold, below) and [Boston's] Taniya Nayak (Designs and Sell It / HGTV, above).” Ideally, you’ll have at least some experience on-camera.
