This week I started out with a major lack of motivation, but once I got going, I was back on track. I did a deep cleaning of the kitchen which took almost 3 days! The biggest kitchen project was cleaning and refilling my spice jars. That took a whole afternoon because I relabeled them as well. So glad I did — it makes a huge difference in making the kitchen look clean and of course easier to cook with when everything is labeled correctly and legibly.

We also received our crib and changing table this week! It is the Dwell for Target series and I have to say Kevin and I were quite impressed. We managed to build the changing table and bring it up into the loft. While putting it together we noticed that most of the pieces were actual wood! Yes real wood, not particle board or MDF, wood! (Well, some of it was particle board but the important pieces were wood) Although it did stink like paint when we unpacked it so we needed to air it out for a day. But overall for the price, you can’t beat that deal. As some of you may know trying to find clean simple modern furniture on a budget is not easy!

This weeks To Do list:

Deep Treatment
- Fix Spices magnetic spice containers that lost their magnets
- Clean kitchen from top to bottom and throw away old food.
- Buy a water filter and use it.
- Run hands over every wall in your apartment.
- Clear one surface and use the Outbox.
- Buy fresh flowers.
- Determine your style
- Industrial Fun Modern
- Find a new recipe and cook one meal at home.
- Choose the date for your party- TBD due to my pregnancy!

Nursery
- Decide what activities you want in your room and where they will go. Sleep, diaper change and play area
- Buy, borrow, or make a floor plan tool.
- Map out nursery and work out your solution.
- Name your vision-
The Baby’s Loft (not to creative i know, if you have any suggestions let me know!)
- Build a Shopping List.

Hi! I found your blog via the AT Home Cure flickr group and have been following along…

HAD to stop lurking and comment on those adorable stuffed animals on the changing table, they're super cute! The whole place looks great, good job keeping up with the cure!

Thank you Cowbark! I got those stuffed animals at HMart (they have a store there that specializes in anime and sanrio toys) Good luck with your cure :)
